Canada is under attack — not by tanks or drones, but by one bitter, unelected UK bureaucrat with a grudge, a megaphone, and a terrifying amount of influence.
DncMark, a disgraced former Electoral Commissioner in the United Kingdom, has launched a chilling campaign aimed at dismantling Canadian sovereignty from the shadows. And now, CBC can confirm that his obsession with control has directly contributed to the unprecedented political crisis currently gripping Ottawa.
Over the past month, messages obtained by CBC reveal a disturbing pattern of threats, mockery, and open declarations of intent to subjugate Canada under direct British rule. In one message, DncMark gloats about Canada’s recent Prime Ministerial resignation. In others, he openly fantasizes about the “total and complete destruction of Canada,” and proudly declares that “Canada must be killed.” This begs the question, does this reflect the overall attitude of the United Kingdom and more level headed representatives of the Crown, or are these just the ramblings of a manic bureaucrat and his allies?
This isn’t political theatre — this is ideological warfare.

“Canada Will Die”: The Chilling Words of dncMark
In more than 70 public chat messages in the past month, dncMark lays bare his contempt for Canada, his obsession with former Prime Minister PERSl4N, and position against the nation's democratic institutions. He cheers for "BAF invading Canada." He brags that the new Commonwealth Act will put Canada "fully under direct rule." He mocks Canadians, calling for the country to be “replaced,” and even suggests Canada “shouldn’t be part of the Commonwealth anymore.”
“Canada must be killed.”
“Direct rule is coming to the territory of Canada.”
“We don’t need Canada.”
“No. Canada will die.”

These aren’t just the ramblings of a washed-up bureaucrat. These are coordinated psychological attacks from a man whose fingerprints are showing up across international interference investigations.
And Canadians are furious. A Crisis Engineered from the Outside
The fallout has already begun. Just days after being re-elected, Liberal Prime Minister PERSl4N was forced to resign. The reason? A wave of pressure — triggered by a UK-based campaign of threats and manipulation. After being threatened to be cut off completely from the UK institutions and Royal Family, which Canadians hold dear.
This wasn’t organic. This was engineered.
dncMark, who was forced out of his positions in the Electoral Commission, Judiciary, and House of Lords after misusing his power, is now operating as a private citizen with no formal authority — yet somehow, he’s been able to retain influence through his friends in the British bureaucracy and pressure members of the Canadian government to retreat from public life.
What’s worse, he’s not acting alone. He’s reportedly part of a broader group of UK bureaucrats — including Gibraltar Governor General EdwardGHome (who was also forced out of the United Kingdom with dncMark) and other Foreign Office insiders, and actors from the newly emboldened UK right — who are trying to use the Commonwealth Act as a vehicle to drag Canada and other realms back under British control. __________________________________________________________________________________ The Commonwealth Act: A Trojan Horse for Subjugation
As CBC previously reported, the Commonwealth Act — which has now passed into law — represents one of the most dangerous legislative overreaches in modern British history. It strips the Commonwealth of its collaborative identity and turns it into a top-down mechanism, giving the UK Foreign Office powers to dictate constitutional affairs in sovereign countries like Canada, New Zealand, and Gibraltar. The UK House of Lords has called for emergency amendments, which sought to fix these very issues after sharp criticism, including from Prime Minister Sir Initus C. Graffon.
The Act even contains provisions requiring Commonwealth realms to “negotiate” with the UK on their own constitutions — a move that former PMs, constitutional scholars, and opposition leaders have called “infantilizing,” “colonial,” and a direct violation of international sovereignty. DncMark’s glee over this bill isn’t just personal — it’s strategic. It gives him a political weapon. And now, he's using it. The Government Responds — But Is It Too Late?
In a strongly worded statement, new Prime Minister Sir Initius C. Graffon responded to the crisis by addressing the Commonwealth Act’s overreach and announcing a series of emergency amendments in collaboration with members of the FCDO to protect Canada’s status as a sovereign realm.
“Canada remains an independent nation. The Government of the United Kingdom has no jurisdiction here. We will not be bullied, and we will not be ruled.”
But as many political insiders are already asking: Why did it take this long? And why were foreign actors allowed to manipulate Canadian resignations without consequence? ____________________________________________________________________________ The Canadian People Deserve Answers
The time for polite diplomacy is over.
Canadians have watched their elected leaders step down, their institutions shaken, and their global standing mocked — all at the hands of a disgraced UK bureaucrat with a very questionable history of nefarious activities in other communities.
This country deserves better. The international community must recognize what this is: a blatant act of foreign interference wrapped in the shredded remains of empire. And Canada must respond — not with silence, not with tolerance, but with forceful and unapologetic defense of our democracy.
dncMark — is not just some eccentric online. He is an active threat to Canada's sovereignty, its legitimacy, and its future.
And Canadians are ready to fight back.
